Although you can pay for remote support when required, our Premium and Ultimate agreements offer an unlimited amount of remote support at a fixed cost per month. This also allows us to use the most advanced software tools to enhance your systems performance and availability.

 
 
 
 

Our Hardware Maintenance Agreements include a maximum 4-hour response callout (in Kent) during normal working hours and all labour and materials as required to maintain the same hardware specification with loan equipment available for protracted repairs.

As an example of this, for just £10+VAT per month we will provide this hardware cover for a PC including any standard connected printers etc.
