It is our recommendation that it is better to pro-actively support your IT infrastructure to avoid down-time, than handle system failures that could have been avoided.

We offer an ad-hoc service allowing you to pay only when you need us to provide remote support, in 20 minute labour units.

It is however now very popular to select a support agreement that will allow you, for a fixed cost per month, to use our support desk services as much as you may require them. The cost for this type of agreement now starts from a very low cost of just £6+VAT per month.

 
 
 
 

Our Hardware Maintenance Agreements include a maximum 4-hour response callout (in Kent) during normal working hours and all labour and materials as required to maintain the same hardware specification with loan equipment available for protracted repairs.

As an example of this, for just £7+VAT per month we will provide this hardware cover for a PC including any standard connected printers etc.
